Seven storey residential building consisting of 15 apartments, storage rooms in the basement, 3 garages and landscaped green spaces. The apartments are at the B+ band of the Energy Performance Certificate scale.
The main entrance was paneled with glass panels consisting of triplex glass and an interior canvas upon which the displayed illustration was digitally printed.
